Return Policy


Returned products are a safety concern, as we have no way of knowing whether or not the returned product was altered after leaving our facility or stored properly. We cannot re-use products that have been returned after being opened, so please make your purchases carefully.
Any items that are returned to us are automatically discarded. Because we are a custom shop, we cannot accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective or an error was made by us in filling your request.
Note: Please contact us via email for instructions on how to schedule a return, refund, or exchange. All order cancellations must be made via email within 24 hours of purchase. No credits, refunds or exchanges will be processed without prior authorization. We also cannot issue a refund on product that has been returned empty.
