The secret to Jyte's Orbit Skincare's success is that we make all our products fresh, one small batch at a time. We generally formulate new product batches on Mondays, then allow them to marinate for 24-48 hours to make sure they are perfectly blended. Only then are they ready for filling and packaging. We know how anxious you are to receive your products, so we make every effort to process and ship most orders within 3-5 business days.
We ship door to door anywhere in Lagos via Nesterpod. We ship to other areas in Nigeria via GIG Logistics, Peace Mass Transit or any local freight / haulage handlers depending on the location. We ship internationally via DHL.
Please note that all freight charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Any lost, stolen, erroneously delivered or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Jyte's Orbit Skincare. While we insure our packages and provide tracking information to our clients, it is the receiver's responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier and contact them directly regarding any shipping issues. Jyte's Orbit Skincare is not responsible for the handling of the shipment by the carrier, nor can we control where the package is delivered. Jyte's Orbit Skincare also cannot guarantee delivery within the timeline stated by the carrier as this is beyond the scope of our ability, influence and liability.
